Inquiry Privacy Notice
This notice explains how Guangdong New Zhen Xiang Smart Equipment Co., Ltd. (ZXSMART) handles information and files submitted for machine selection, quotation and project support.
Effective date: July 22, 2026. This notice applies to the formal project request form on zxsmartmachine.com. Sending information through WhatsApp or another platform is also subject to that platform's privacy terms.
Information we receive
- Contact and company details, including name, work email, company and destination country.
- Project details such as product, filling range, bottle or jar, closure, label, target output, utilities and requested equipment.
- Files you choose to upload, such as container, closure and label images, drawings or PDF specifications.
- Basic technical and security records needed to prevent duplicate, automated or malicious submissions.
Why we use it
We use inquiry information only to review your packaging requirement, recommend a machine or line, prepare a quotation, arrange samples or FAT scope, communicate about the project and provide related support. We do not sell inquiry data.

Service providers and access
Access is limited to personnel and service providers needed to operate the inquiry workflow. The website is hosted on Vercel, uploaded files are stored in the company's Cloudflare R2 bucket, and, when email notification is enabled, inquiry notifications are delivered through the company's configured email service. These providers may process data in different countries or regions under their own security and privacy commitments.
Security
We use file-type and size restrictions, short-lived attachment links, origin checks, submission controls and restricted credentials. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so do not upload passwords, payment-card data, highly sensitive personal information or unrelated confidential material.
Your choices and requests
You may ask us to correct or delete inquiry information that is not required for an active contract or legal obligation. Email Linda@zxsmart9.com or contact ZXSMART on WhatsApp and identify the inquiry, email address and requested action.
Updates
We may update this notice when the inquiry workflow, retention process or service providers change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
