Information To Send For The Initial Review

Physical items are not normally required at this stage. Clear photos, dimensions, drawings and production requirements allow the engineer to prepare the first recommendation and identify any open questions.

Bottle Or Jar Details

Height, diameter or width, shape, material, mouth size and clear photos or drawings.

Closure Details

Cap diameter, height, type, photos, feeding requirement and whether orientation matters.

Product Details

Product name, viscosity, foaming behavior, corrosiveness, particles and filling temperature.

Label Details

Label length, height, roll direction, position, coding requirement and container positioning requirement.

Production Target

Target Bottles/Min, filling volume, operating hours and required upstream or downstream equipment.

Factory Conditions

Voltage, air supply, available footprint, line direction, export destination and installation requirement.

When Physical Test Items Are Requested

After the initial review, ZXSMART identifies the exact physical items needed for tooling and FAT. Typical reasons include an unusual bottle shape, oriented or flexible closure, strict label position, difficult product behavior or project-specific acceptance testing.

The request will state the required quantity of containers, closures, labels and product, the delivery stage and what will be tested. This avoids shipping unnecessary materials before the machine scope is clear.

Buyer FAQ

Do I need to send physical items before the initial quotation?

No. Clear photos, dimensions, drawings and product information are normally enough for the first engineering review. Physical items may be requested later for tooling or FAT.

What if I do not know the liquid viscosity?

Provide the product name, safety or technical data when available, and a short video showing how it flows. The engineer can identify what still needs testing.

Why does target speed affect machine choice?

Higher sustained output may require more filling heads, tracking structures, automatic cap feeding, stable bottle spacing and a longer conveyor layout.

Can the quotation include a preliminary line layout?

Yes. After the first review, the proposal can include the recommended stations, initial interfaces, footprint assumptions and items requiring later confirmation.
