Six-Head Vacuum Filling
The filling frame is recorded as 304 stainless steel. Product-contact nozzles and tank areas are recorded as 316 stainless steel and PTFE. The 150 L tank includes level detection and a low-liquid stop alarm.
A sample-matched line for air rinsing, vacuum filling, spray-pump assembly, overcap handling and bottle labeling.

The supplied project combines bottle preparation, filling, closure assembly and labeling. Each station is tooled around the confirmed bottle and closure set.
Six heads blow filtered air into the supplied bottles before filling. The documented station reference is 50 bottles per minute.
Six filling heads cover the recorded 100-200 mL range, with a stated accuracy reference of ±1% under the agreed test conditions.
A tracked servo station detects each bottle, follows its movement and places the supplied spray-pump assembly.
Separate tracked stations perform the configured crimping and middle-collar operations for the approved closure components.
A pick-and-place station and pneumatic pressing operation handle the approved outer cap according to the sample set.
The labeling scope covers flat-bottle sides or round-bottle wrap labeling, with an additional bottom-labeling station.

Perfume bottles that look similar can need different guides, fixtures, crimping tools and cap-handling parts. The complete component set is reviewed before production.
Images are packaging references, not customer production samples. Final compatibility is confirmed from the supplied components.
These supplied machine images show two of the automated stations used after perfume filling. Final tooling follows the approved closure sequence.

These are selection references from the supplied production record. Accepted whole-line performance is confirmed with representative product and packaging samples.

Yes. The supplied configuration uses six-head negative-pressure filling for a documented 100-200 mL reference range.
The supplied line includes separate placement, crimping, collar and cap stations. The exact sequence follows the approved component set.
The slowest accepted station, bottle stability, filling volume, closure handling and labeling result determine sustainable whole-line output.
Potentially, after engineering review. Different bottles may require change parts, guides, fixtures, tools or a different vibratory bowl.
