Buyer Questions

Small Bottle Monoblock FAQ

What products can this machine fill?

Typical products include essential oil, e-liquid, eye drops, fragrance, serum and other free-flowing small-volume liquids. The final filling method is selected after product review.

Can it insert plugs and apply caps?

Yes. Plug insertion, cap feeding, cap placement and capping can be combined after the closure geometry and handling requirements are reviewed.

Are the open and enclosed machines separate products?

They are presented as configurations of the same core platform. The final guarding and station layout depend on the project scope.

Is a fixed speed guaranteed?

The parameter record lists 50 bottles/min as a reference. The sustained project target is confirmed against the actual product, package and required process, then written into the agreed acceptance conditions.
