Choose By Cap Type

Screw Cap

Linear or four-wheel capping can be used for many round screw caps, depending on speed and torque stability.

Pump Head

Pump heads may need a dedicated feeding and placing unit before a separate tightening stage. Tube orientation and bottle-mouth position must be confirmed from samples.

Trigger Sprayer

Trigger sprayer caps usually need special feeding and placing structure because the trigger shape is not symmetric.

Press Cap

Press capping is used when the closure is pressed onto the container rather than screwed.

High-Speed Requirement

Tracking capping is recommended when bottles should keep moving during the capping process.

Can the same machine cap different caps?

What is tracking capping used for?
